1. Who processes your data

The data controller for Adminely (adminely.com) is Maksim Volkov IE (Individual Entrepreneur), registered in the Republic of Armenia, TIN 2103840819, registered address: N. Shengavit 11 Str., Bldg. 37, Apt. 7, Yerevan 0074, Armenia.

2. What data is processed

• account data — email address, password hash, second-factor settings, sessions with their IP addresses and devices;
• connected site data — the site address, versions of WordPress core, themes and plugins, check results, detected problems, and page content to the extent needed for a check;
• operation artifacts — page screenshots, originals of changed images, restore points;
• activity log — who requested what, what was executed and with what result.

3. What is not collected

The service does not ask for your WordPress or hosting passwords, does not collect personal data of your site's visitors, and does not use your data for advertising.

4. Where data is stored

Service data is stored in the nl-1 region (Timeweb Cloud, Netherlands). Changing the interface language does not change the storage region, the contract, the currency or the payment provider.

5. Retention

The activity log and check history are kept for the duration of your subscription and the read-only mode that follows it. Operation artifacts and restore points are kept within your plan's storage limit and are evicted as they age.

6. Deletion

Your account and personal data are deleted at your request from the dashboard — the deletion is irreversible. If you own an organisation with other members, transfer ownership first. Deleting an organisation deletes its sites, findings, artifacts and logs.

7. Assistant and AI models

The text of your request to the assistant and a short context of the site are passed to an external AI provider to interpret the command. Secrets and passwords are stripped before transmission. The model cannot execute an operation on your site by itself — it only proposes an action, which you confirm.

8. Subprocessors

External services that take part in processing data when the product operates:

The list changes together with the product: we announce changes before a new subprocessor starts processing data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies; the date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect.
