Refund Policy

1. Free trial

The trial requires no card, so nothing is charged when it ends. A subscription starts only when you choose a paid plan yourself.

2. Refund window

If the service does not work out for you, the first payment can be refunded within 14 days of the charge date.

Renewal payments for a subscription period that has already started are not refunded — instead, cancel the subscription before the next charge; access lasts until the end of the paid period.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in the payment provider's customer portal — the link is available in your Adminely dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

4. How to request a refund

Write to us at support@adminely.com from your account's email address. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; the money is returned by the same payment method used for the purchase.
