Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Adminely (adminely.com) is operated by Maksim Volkov IE (Individual Entrepreneur), registered in the Republic of Armenia, TIN 2103840819, with a registered address at N. Shengavit 11 Str., Bldg. 37, Apt. 7, Yerevan 0074, Armenia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Maksim Volkov IE; "you" refers to the person or company using Adminely.

These terms apply to the use of this website and of the Adminely service. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you accept these terms.

2. What the service does

Adminely watches the state of the WordPress sites you connect: it checks availability, certificates, forms, technical health and SEO hygiene, shows what it finds, and — on your explicit decision — performs a limited catalogue of safe operations on the site.

Adminely is not a replacement for a developer and does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes or revenue.

3. Account and site access

You are responsible for keeping your password and second authentication factor safe. A site is connected with a one-time pairing token and its own connection key; revoking the connection in the dashboard immediately stops new operations from being issued to that site.

Adminely does not ask for and does not store your WordPress or hosting passwords.

4. Operations on your site

Every operation is limited to the declared catalogue of actions and follows these rules:

• before anything is executed, you see a dry run — an exact "before / after" preview;
• your approval is tied to that specific preview and is valid for a limited time;
• for the declared operations a rollback and a restore point are available;
• arbitrary code cannot be executed on your site — the connector plugin only performs signed operations from the catalogue.

5. Plans, trial and payment

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in USD per month.

The merchant of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd: the purchase contract, invoices, applicable taxes and refunds are handled by Paddle. Your card details are entered on Paddle's side and are never passed to Adminely.

The free trial requires no card and ends automatically: no subscription is charged after it unless you choose a plan yourself.

6. Plan limits

The number of sites, assistant requests, check frequency and restore-point storage are limited by the plan you chose. When a limit is reached, the service declines the action explicitly rather than performing it partially.

7. Suspension and termination

When a paid period ends, a grace period applies, after which access switches to read-only mode: your activity log and history remain available. Restore points are not deleted without prior notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider's customer portal; access lasts until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for refunds.

8. Acceptable use

You may only connect sites you own or are authorised to administer. You may not use the service to break the law, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to sites you do not control.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the service or your site will be available without interruption, that every problem will be detected, or that any particular commercial outcome will follow. Except as stated in this section, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is".

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data, except where such loss results from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the Republic of Armenia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies; the date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. We will try to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation first — write to us and we will respond. If that fails, the dispute is to be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
